On the group booking link page, you will see $319 room + $25 fees as this is the default hotel format. Please note that if you click into the “i” next to UC Davis Advances, it will prompt a hotel description page noting the reduced group amenity fee rate as “Guest Amenity Fee Waived to $20 Per Night”. Since a credit card is required to guarantee the reservation, it will temporarily hold $25 in guest fees but will be returned to the individual CC upon check out.

Hotel Policies

Additional Charges to Guestroom:

The following additional charges will be posted to the individual guestroom:

  • Guest Amenity Fee: $20 per room/per night

  • Year-Round access to outdoor heated pool including all amenities

  • Nightly hotel programming and activations

  • 2 water bottles in room

  • Complimentary EV charging with valet

  • 10% off participating DoCo business partners

  • Complimentary Sacramento River Cats tickets (subject to availability when in season)

  • 24/7 access to state of the art gym

  • Pre & Post Meeting Baggage Storage

  • Printing of documents and boarding passes (Up to 10)

  • Housekeeping Fee: $3.00/ per room, per night

The following additional charges will be posted to the individual guestroom as applicable:

  • Valet Parking: $37.00 for overnight usage with in and out privileges. Rates include applicable taxes are subject to change without notice. The Kimpton Sawyer Hotel only offers valet parking.

  • Group Porterage Charge: $5 per bag each way (if service is used).

  • Box Delivery Fee: $5 per box for deliveries to/from meeting spaces (if service is used).

  • Guest Room Amenity Delivery Fee: $4.00 per room

  • Minibar Removal Service: $20.00 per room.

Check in & Check Out Times:

Guest accomodations will be available at 4:00pm on arrival day and is reserved until 11:00am on departure day.

  • Upon check-in, each guest will be required to present a valid credit card, on which an amount of sufficient pre-authorization can be obtained to cover the room and tax charges for the length of the guest's stay, plus the anticipated use of the Hotel's ancillary services.

  • The hotel will do their best to accommodate requests for late checkouts. Requests should be made to the front desk on the departure day. Any requests for departures after 12:00 PM will be accommodated on a space available basis at the Best Available Rate. All late check outs must be approved by Guest Services team during check-in.

Guarantee Policy:

When reservations are made, hotel will require a valid credit card be placed on the reservation for guarantee purposes.

Cancellation Policy:

An individual's reservation may be cancelled with no penalty at least 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival. Individual reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the intended arrival to avoid cancellation charges (one night's room plus tax).

Early Departure Fee:

Guests will have up to and including check in to modify their departure date- after this time, an early departure fee of one night’s room & tax shall be applied.

PARKING INFORMATION

  • Overnight Valet Parking will be discounted to $37 per night for group attendees.

  • Day Valet Parking will be discounted to $15 per day for group attendees.

  • The Kimpton Sawyer Hotel only offers valet parking.
 The parking charge is an additional charge to the room rate and is not included.
